Empty or Insanity
This song is from a poem I wrote many years ago about writer’s block. Its just a fun, groovy and silly song and I enjoyed exploring a new sound. I hope you guys will like it as much as I do. I have to save the actual audio for the album on this one though. If you’re interested, check out Self Discovery, out soon!

Everything and Nothing
This song was derived from my bio I used to have on Facebook. It might actually still be there, I’m not sure. But the idea behind it is that we can simultaneously be everything to someone and nothing to someone else. Its all a matter of perspective. The good guys can be the bad guys from the perspective of the other side. So the song explores the dichotomy of who we are as people. Everything to someone, nothing to another, but still incredible whichever way you look at it.

Speak
“Speak” is a song on my upcoming album, Self Discovery. Its a song to my husband asking him to share his heart with me. Often times we struggle to not only share what we feel with others, but also to even know ourselves what we actually feel. This is my song to him letting him know that I want to know whatever I can about him so I can love him the way he loves me.

Head and Heart the Same
This is a song on my upcoming album, Self Discovery. Its about being in denial. Sometimes we can convince ourselves that things aren’t what they truly are. In this song, I’m blaming my brain for what my heart is actually responsible for. I explored a new sound with this one and really enjoyed it. I may make a full album in a similar direction.

Freedom in Alonedom
This is the latest song on my album, Self Discovery, which is currently in the works. The song is about realizing I needed to love myself before loving anyone else. I learned to trust my body and care for it in ways I never knew I could. Running was one of my main forms of self care and something about it just made everything seem so clear and simple. The album should be out soon. It’s an exploration of different genres and sounds and is a really exciting project. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!
